L’Impresa Edile Tasselli radicata nel territorio Lughese dal 1935, punto di riferimento dell’edilizia locale, viene rilevata nel 2012 da Drei Devis suo dipendente da diversi anni; continua così la storia di una azienda composta dall’esperienza di decenni e dallo studio dell’innovazione, con lo scopo di garantire massima qualità e durata nel tempo. L’impresa è specializzata nella costruzione di immobili residenziali ed artigianali, nella ristrutturazione totale e parziale di edifici e opere finalizzate al risparmio energetico ed al superamento delle barriere architettoniche.La forza dell’impresa consiste nel forte legame con i propri dipendenti, professionisti del mestiere e molto legati al territorio lughese. Inoltre la passione e la ricerca della perfezione fanno si’ che le opere compiute siano sempre curate nei minimi dettagli ed eseguite a regola d’arte. Nei cantieri si respira l’aria della tradizione, dell’affidabilità e della sicurezza, elementi fondamentali per un prodotto garantito e performante.

Tutti questi elementi sono la chiave per un rapporto serio e fiducioso tra cliente ed esecutore per tutta la durata dei lavori ed oltre.Grazie a corsi d’aggiornamento, alla collaborazione con la scuola edile ed al confronto con tecnici specializzati è stato possibile rinnovarsi e specializzarsi in nuovi sistemi di costruzione e in bioedilizia, promuovendo un metodo costruttivo a basso impatto ambientale e orientato al miglioramento della salute e della qualità della vita.

Esperti nel campo della coibentazione vengono utilizzati tutti i migliori sistemi di isolamento al fine di minimizzare le dispersioni e i ponti termici, garantendo comunque la traspirabilità e ricircolo dell’aria, prevenendo la formazione di condensa, muffa e aria inquinata.Fondazioni, murature, solai, finiture, tetti e lavorazioni esterne vengono tutte eseguite all’interno dell’impresa limitando il più possibile il subappalto ad aziende esterne.
